  • Passion & motivation to drive sales in your chosen pub business
  • Be outgoing, hardworking & organised with a customer-focussed personality
  • Interest in community pub activities eg darts, pool, sports viewing, charity events, music, entertainment
  • Cask Ale and catering experience (where applicable) - we can offer refresher training if required
  • Ideally hold a Personal Licence and have completed Pre Entry Assessment Training (BII PEAT Certificate) - don't worry if you don't have these yet, we can point you in the right direction
