They are traditional, community pubs run by a landlord/licensee who rents the pub from us under terms of the Tenancy Agreement. IPM is designed to provide transitional management services for licensed premises. The aim is to work in partnership with owners and operators, to protect our client’s asset during the recovery process by maintaining and enhancing trade whilst removing the day to day management problems associated with the sector.
IPM has recently been appointed to run a food destination site in the North Yorkshire Dales and a sports local in Greater Manchester – our expertise covers all basis in terms of operation and we have robust support from our back office at Head Office. In addition, we have assisted in creating a letting platform for two clients since Christmas – this in turn has resulted in two happy tenants. We pride ourselves that we have something for everyone – offering delicious food, a fine range of hand pulled real ales and a carefully selected, value for money wine list… Not forgetting a fabulous range of Premium Spirits and of course Fever Tree tonics – check out the Gin of the Month and what’s coming next! Coffee and cake is a perfect excuse to ‘meet up with the girls’ and have a catch-up – or indeed a treat before school pick up! A couple of our garden terraces are perfect for afternoon tea and girl’s cocktail parties.
We are very much involved locally, whether it be fundraising for our local primary school (omit through Chip-Inn), getting pupils to design our kids menu, or hosting a regular ‘knit & natter’ or book group and providing a free cuppa! Our ‘Trek-Inn’ organized walks are a real hit both for customers and their dogs!
If you work from home, we can provide some space and WIFI and if you desire a little company and perhaps lunch ‘on the hoof’.

IDEAL for YOU to run a pub on a self-employed basis, but with support from ourselves. Aspire to achieve, and help the pub become pivotal in the community. Leading a team you will require excellent training, development and coaching skills. You will share our passion for delivering exceptional food with un-paralleled service. You will hold the financial acumen to plan and grow the business, whilst delivering solid results. Both Cask ale experience and Cellar Management experience is essential for the role.
